Sleep Walking

I'm a sleep walker. Occasionally, I will wake up while in the process of moving around. I am usually in the middle of a dream and wake up by bumping into something.

When I was younger, I would sometimes wake up in another room. One time, I climbed off the top bunk of my bunk bed & went into the living room. I then proceeded to pull out the fold out bed from the couch and went to sleep on it. This is just from what I put together when I woke up. I could have done other things.

In college, I woke up trying to open the door to my room. We locked it at night so I wasn't able to get out. It was kind of a shock to me realizing what I was doing. I would usually duck into the bathroom and try to wake back up.

A lot of times, my roommates would tell me about how I would sit up, babble something incoherent and then lie back down.

One time, I got up, put my blanket on Paul (while he was asleep). I then went over to the closet and got another blanket to sleep with. Only did I realize what happened the next morning.

The classic sleep walking moment happened when I was rooming with Paul. He was a light sleeper and happened to be awake that night. He said he heard me stirring and looked over in my direction. I suddenly sat upright and got out of bed. He thought I was going to the bathroom, but instead, I headed in his direction. He slept on his side and had another pillow that he used to wedge in between his knees. I proceeded to reach down and grab this pillow from him. I then went back to my bed and laid back down. He told me about it the next day laughing.

More recently, I spent the night at Todd's house and woke up when I ran into the bedroom door. I do remember that I was dreaming about ghosts. There were ghosts behind the door and I was trying to shut it to keep them from coming in.

Holy Worthy Adversary

Dolphins sing "Batman" theme.

Dolphins are the only other mammals that can recognize rythms and reproduce them vocally. Na na na na na na na na, leader.
